This first group of "Likenesses" works is based on a photograph I took in September, 2010, showing owner Joe Hall in front of his Quick Release Bike Shop, 1527 N. Ashland, Chicago. I have used this shop since 1994 and recommend it highly.

The works Likenesses 1: Joe, Remade 1.1, Likenesses 1: Joe, Remade 2.1, and Likenesses 1: Joe, Remade 3.1 were originally (before November 23, 2010) titled Likenesses 1: Joe, Figmented-G 1.1, Likenesses 1: Joe, Figmented-G 2.1, and Likenesses 1: Joe, Figmented-G 3.1.
